The frustrum subrect settings control the size and position of the image being rendered and these allow us to adjust the side monitor views inwards to align with the centre through the lenses. However, because of the way the lenses work and limitations in the way ETS2/ATS handle monitor configurations, we cannot get an exact solution so the
American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 differ not only in maps themselves, but also in their size. One player decided to compare the areas available to players in both games. The winner turned out to be ETS2, although the other simulator is not far behind.
Truck data changes. Changed way of handling dashboard display bars. Instead of control group (ID+5) there is text element now. Aside of defining size it also keep bars functionality data. Format "H~~0~~1" means horizontal bar with values from 0 to 1. All former vertical bars IDs are unused now.
I noticed in ETS2 when you are coming up on an exit the far right lane (which turns into the exit lane) ends at the exit, tunneling the interstate to a 1 lane freeway as you go over the overpass, and returns back to 2 lanes on the other side of the overpass where the entrance lane joins with the interstate.
Having these 3 profiles is perfect for me. After playing 1:1 scale for a while, I miss the big map and return to the vanilla profile, and so It goes, on and on. Playing 1:1 scale I use "Pardubak economy mod" and turn off fatique. I then choose when to rest 9 hours once in every 24 hours. that works fine.
I'm having trouble getting it to look right. 3 identical monitors. I put in the dimensions, bezel size, angles (45), eye distance 24". Put the numbers in multimon_config.sii. The center screen looks fine, the side screens look like the edges don't match and the angles are wrong/slightly stretched. I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong.
